Press Setup button. New dialog box comes out, in which you can select a workbook. Please press Select Workbook button (Fig. 4).

Then in Select Workbook dialog box (Fig. 5) select *.xls file subject to the analysis (in our case initial file is already converted to sample4.xls).

Then press OK again in the dialog box on Fig. 4. and choose actual Excel workbook at "Enter the initial catalog to use". A dialog box with an SQL query editor comes out (Fig. 6).

At the bottom, in SQL query field a formal record of our query in SQL language appears. Don't forget to put workbook name in quotation marks (Excel feature). After pressing OK the system performs data reading.
Select Tools/Options - a dialog box comes out where one can change the system settings (Fig. 7).
